Canon Canoscan on Mac OS X

I bought a Canon scanner a while ago, and I thought it was time to share the awesome interface that Canon produced for Mac OS X. I'm not sure if it's the beautiful icons or the custom window and widgets that I love the most; whatever it is, the designer behind this piece of work deserves some sort of award.

I didn't even bother installing the Canon software I got with my scanner (just the drivers). Apple's "Image Capture" is brilliant and does everything I need it to do and more. Network scanner sharing FTW!

My scanner does slide scanning, and it requires special settings to do it that doesn't seem possible with Image Capture. :(

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks Canon's scanner software sux. Like Jurgen, I use Image Capture instead.

But, isn't the Canon ToolBox just driving Imagecapture anyway?
