Exercise Extreme Caution
My cousin, Luke, is an evil, evil man. When we were young (we're both the same age), he had one of those classic Simon games by Milton Bradly. You know, the black, circular thing with the four coloured buttons? It was the ultimate test of one's memory. It would start of by lighting up one of the coloured sections while playing a note unique to that colour. You had to repeat what it did. It gradually got more and more complicated, and your memory's integrity became more and more vital for you to survive the challenge. Well, tonight Luke brought back those long forgotten days for me. He bubbled me this link. For those of you not running Mac OS X, you're out of (or in?) luck -- Simon Extreme is only available for us Macintosh users running the latest and greatest operating system.

23, baby! - Mike, Tuesday, January 21, 2003 Impressive! I thought 17 was good. There claims to be a high score of 54 on the Internet. I don't believe it. PS - have you all tried the "Metal" sounds? Bleach! The windchimes are kind of nice though. - Luke, Wednesday, January 22, 2003 I can't believe it - I LOVE Simon... we didn't actually own it as kids, but our next door neighbours did. Needless to say, there were many hours devoted to the development of our hand/eye coordination and memory. Can't wait! - Joanna, Wednesday, January 22, 2003 |
