Lawsuit Update
Well, after all was discussed, the lawsuit is proceeding. It [apparently] is standard to sue both parties in an accident to ensure the best possible outcome. No worries, the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia will hire their best defense lawyers (Ben Matlock, Perry Mason, etc.) for me if necessary...Actually, it looks like all that won't even be necessary. The other driver who previously claimed 100% responsibility has once again claimed 100% responsibility in the matter. I now need not worry about going to the big house. To be perfectly honest, I've found this whole thing to be kind of funny, and I certainly was never worried about any of this. Just another drama to keep things interesting. :)
